MOA Technical Foul Reporting
MOA requires that every technical foul assessed in a high school game that you are officiating (9th grade through varsity), is submitted to MOA via the Google Form link below. Completing this form takes only about 1 minute to complete and will provide our association with important technical foul data. Please submit your form within 3 days of the game. Even if you are working a game with a non-MOA official(s), if a technical foul is assessed, always complete this form as the MOA member. Thank you for complying with this MOA requirement.
